As all of our sandals are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 7-10 working
days for dispatch. Tracking details will be provided once shipped.
Product
We provide a size chart under each product to assist you in finding the perfect fit. Our
sizes generally run small so we would recommend ordering one size up. Should you
require extra assistance in deciding your size, please feel free to contact us at

As leather is a natural material, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water. If the sandals get wet, let them dry outdoors but in the shade.
Each sandal comes in a stunning gold shoe box and shoe bag for clean storage when not in use.

If you are not satisfied with the size of your order, you may exchange it for another size within 14 business days from the date you receive your order. If your order is damaged or defective, a full return and refund will be made.
A return address will be provided on each individual return. In order to return an item, all products must be unused and unworn, in their original box and must include all packaging/accessories. For any queries, please contact us at customerservice@shoppasha.com
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 4 business days of receipt of merchandise. In this case, we will investigate the problem and if it is determined that the product is damaged or defective, we will process your order for a refund or replacement.
